Meet Janelle

Janelle Abela is a dynamic speaker, leadership strategist, and expert in workplace culture and communication. With experience spanning education, law enforcement, athletics, corporate leadership, and nonprofit sectors, she knows how to connect with teams from all walks of life.

A former K-12 teacher, sports coach, and nonprofit leader, Janelle understands how identity, teamwork, and leadership drive success. She has worked across North America delivering high-impact training, strategic planning, and executive coaching, making complex ideas practical, engaging, and actionable.

Janelle holds a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Education, and a Master of Education in Education for Change, specializing in Social Justice Education and Indigenous Education. Currently, she is a PhD candidate at the University of Windsor, researching the barriers to implementing professional development training.

Recognized for her contributions, Janelle was named Culture Growth & Transformation CEO (2023) and has been nominated for Business of the Year (2024) and Young Professional of the Year (2024).
