What makes me different?
I design for real systems, not ideal ones.
My work is grounded in research, but designed for reality. I start with evidence (peer-reviewed research, policy, and lived experience) and translate it into approaches that can actually survive inside complex organizations.
Building for reality means accounting for power, resistance, competing priorities, operational pressures, and the very human dynamics that shape how change unfolds in practice.
I design with implementation in mind.
The focus isn’t performative learning or symbolic change – it’s clarity, usability, and follow-through. The goal is to create change that holds up over time, under scrutiny, and in high-stakes environments. After all, you're investing time and money into the work... so it should have exponential return.
What makes my approach stick is its honesty. I don't oversimplify complexity or ignore discomfort. Instead, I creates space for critical reflection and practical movement – so insight turns into action, not just awareness.

Bridging the Divide, One Conversation at a Time
Through my work and research, I kept seeing the same gap: we spend a lot of time telling people what to think – but very little time teaching them how to think, how to engage, and how to have real conversations across difference.
The Agree to Disagree Cards were created to fill that gap.
They’re also intentionally simple – designed to spark conversation, guide the silence, and give people a place to start when they’re not sure what to say or how to say it.
Grounded in research and real-world application, these cards build empathy, strengthen communication skills, and support perspective-taking and critical thinking.
They create structured opportunities for people to engage across difference – without shutting down, avoiding, or escalating.
In a time where division is easy, these cards offer a way to bridge it – helping individuals and teams navigate complex conversations with intention, respect, and clarity.
